People who drive in the middle and left hand lanes that get passed by people in the right lanes drive me nuts! If you are not passing someone. . .move over!
I'm not a fan of speeding, but I do like to at least go the speed limit.

Boy are you right on target!
Lane obstruction is a far more dangerous issue than speeding. Little eddies of emotion, choices, lane changes, and other actions occur for every car that comes upon the offender, who is putzing along in the wrong place... oblivious to the rest of the world.
Whether you want to drive at the speed limit or faster is not the issue... these offenders are DANGEROUS to all behind and to their right. I vote for stiff fines, loss of license, and jail time (for repeat offenders) for those thoughtless dodobirds who continually inflict their irresponsibility on others. Richard
